Very good portions and extremely friendly staff. Food was decent and came out fast. Price was average for 2025. We would eat here again . We also like the location because it's conveniently located near stores that we shop at. Also maybe a finer note , but they had good thick chopsticks and not the cheap ones some other places give you. ( Small details ) Only negative was the parking all the way in the back but that's fine.

Exceptional customer service, fresh and delicious sushi . This was our first visit at Hiro Sushi. Personally, I am not a big sushi buff, however, this place was outstanding. Located behind the Lowes. A bit difficult to find, but definitely worth the stop if you are in Medford, Oregon. Great selection of beers, foreign and domestic. Friendly customer service from the moment you walk through the door. Very reasonable prices too!

Excellent sushi good pricing service a little more to be desired however, we did come there at closing time so we’ll give him another shot for sure. Still highly recommend this place. Great menu.

Hiro covers a wide variety of sushi which I enjoy. The quality is noticeable. Always good In photo, we put out some double hamachi and Hawaiian rolls for appetizers.

We ordered garlic edamame, and shrimp tempura x2 as appetizers which will NOT disappoint. Our main course meals we tried the salmon cut slices and the belly salmon cut slices which was amazing! I ordered the Rainbow roll with the tuna on top with salmon in the middle and cucumber I also got the Philadelphia Roll with cream cheese and salmon. My husband got two other rolls which we enjoyed. For all this our bill was 140 which is not bad for the amount we bought. The service is always friendly and tentative.

Got the Hiro Special (sushi boat for 2) and holy crap! Delicious and so filling. Amazing food, our servers were fantastic. Just passing through but saving this place for next time!

Perfect lunch. Both my husband and I loved our Bento boxes. The miso soup was delicious, gentle just the way I like it. Salad refreshing. Mixed tempura yummy (but I ate too much given it being fried food!). And the the salmon sashimi was some of the best I’ve ever had (seriously) and it was a very generous portion. And the service was great too.

The experience was exceptional! Upon our arrival at 8pm, we had the restaurant all to ourselves. The ambiance was fantastic with tasteful decor and delightful music, creating a comfortable environment. Great deal of attention to cleanliness. While I usually prefer more patrons around to fairly assess the service, we were treated exceptionally well. The service was impeccable, offering great recommendations and being remarkably attentive, going the extra mile to warn us about the spiciness levels. The cuisine was outstanding, beautifully presented, and notably fresh, boasting a variety of exquisite flavors and textures. The menu was extensive, featuring a wide selection of sushi, main courses, starters, and delicious beverages. Our order of a hand roll and four sushi rolls totaled 74. I am quite comfortable spending 20 on a top-tier roll so I consider this place reasonably priced for the quality it delivers. It is truly worth it. For optimal service, I recommend dining after 6:30 pm. This has definitely become our preferred dining spot without a doubt.
